• Nonrefundable Deposit: $750

  • Balance payable in equal monthly installments through December 2021.

• Trip cancellation insurance or any other travel or medical insurance

Travel Insurance:

• Purchasing travel insurance is MANDATORY.

• Proof of insurance must be submitted within 14 days of registration.  

• For your convenience, we have partnered with Allianz and Travelex to assist with insurance coverage. You may however use any insurance carrier of your choosing.

What To Expect:

• Acknowledgement will be sent upon receipt and review of deposit.

• Participant will receive a link for a TRAVEL PROFILE form. Each traveler must complete this form and upload a copy of their passport.

• Participant will receive a link for completion of User Agreement and/or Credit Card Authorization via Docusign.

• Participant will receive confirmation of payment arrangements.  Travelers may opt to pay their balance in full any time prior to final payment or via monthly invoice.  

  • ALL BALANCES ARE PAYABLE IN FULL NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 20, 2021.

• After final payment is received, participants will receive access to a dedicated travel app with confirmations and final details once available.
