Thomler was extremely helpful before and after the trip. Perhaps more importantly, they stayed in contact with us DURING our trip & helped us get out of a time-sensitive travel bind when America canceled numerous flights. Somehow, they found us a rental car at DFW when all major rental agency websites were saying they were sold out.
